Jacques Robert – Owner

Jacques Robert is a native of the Ottawa area. He completed his Bachelor of Commerce at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Bachelor of Laws at Université de Moncton and was called to the Law Society of Upper Canada in 1985. Jacques immediately began practicing in the field of Real Estate Law, Wills and Estates in the community of Orleans in the east end of Ottawa.

Jacques is an accredited instructor for the Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA) and, as well, teaches the Real Property Law course to Real Estate Agents across Ontario. He is an enthusiastic public speaker who frequently gives seminars on various legal topics to real estate agents, bankers, purchasers and vendors.

On the personal side, Jacques is an avid sportsman and he and his wife Annette and two daughters reside in the community of Orleans.

Gabrielle Robert – Lawyer

Gabrielle attended law school at the University of Surrey in the United Kingdom. Upon her return to Canada, she completed the Internationally Trained Lawyer Pathway program at the University of Alberta and received her National Committee on Accreditation qualifications through the Federation of Law Societies. During her time in Law School Gabrielle volunteered with various student organizations, including, L’Association des jurists d’expression francaise de L’Alberta.

After becoming a member of the Law Society of Ontario, Gabrielle completed The Osgoode Intensive Program in Wills and Estates at York University. Moreover, she obtained her Certified Executor Advisors Designation (CEA) from the Canadian Institute of Certified Executor Advisors. Currently, she is working towards her Trust and Estate Practitioner (“TEP”) designation from the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Gabrielle also serves as a student liaison officer on the board of the STEP Ottawa Branch.

With her long-standing roots in Orleans, Gabrielle is fluently bilingual and is pleased to serve her clients in French and English.

Gabrielle enjoys travelling, baking, and reading a good book on the beach.
