SALES
$699.00 + HST
For sales, our flat rate includes all disbursements (i.e. photocopies, law society levy, courier & discharge of one mortgage) except for $16.50 conveyancer fee. For more about sale transactions, click here.

ONTARIO REGISTRATION COSTS: The province of Ontario provides electronic registration of land-related documents, such as a transfers or mortgages. The province of Ontario currently charges approximately $71.30 per electronic land registration.
ONTARIO LAND TRANSFER TAX: Land Transfer Tax is a tax levied by the Province of Ontario whenever land is transferred from one person to another (except in a few circumstances).
