Our office uses a conveyancing program that charges a document licensing fee per file opened.
Please be advised that conveyancer fees are increasing to $16.50 on June 1st, 2012.
As such, all purchase/sale/refinance transactions closing on or after this date shall be subject to the new amount.

Further to our newsletter dated October 2011, please be advised that we have just been made aware of another possible fraud involving deposit cheques.
In this case, a bad cheque is given for an amount exceeding the deposit and the seller is requesting reimbursement of the excess.
Please be wary of this situation, which appears to be targeting private sales.
If you believe you are a victim of fraud, please contact the police.
