The following fees are all inclusive amounts including our fees and disbursements. Please be aware that when comparing legal fees, many lawyers will quote only their fees and not the related disbursements which are usually over $600 alone.

*Land Transfer Tax, Registration Costs, Title Search Costs and GST not included. Additional work as a result of title problems or other unusual circumstances may be subject to additional fees and charges. This offer is subject to change at any time. Title insurance coverage is subject to availability. Where title insurance is not available at a reasonable cost, normal Land Titles search costs and other search disbursements will be included in prices above and we will provide a traditional lawyer’s certificate of title. Zoning and municipal compliance reports are not included, but are available at additional cost on request.
