Conveyancer fees increasing on June 1st, 2012

Our office uses a conveyancing program that charges a document licensing fee per file opened.

Please be advised that conveyancer fees are increasing to $16.50 on June 1st, 2012.

As such, all purchase/sale/refinance transactions closing on or after this date shall be subject to the new amount.
